Landscape Architect working alongside the Associate Technical Director to quickly turn around a Spatial Vision Report.

The garden town will provide a minimum of 50% green space reflecting existing landscape features and providing three new distinctive destination parks, giving public access to a diverse natural environment. The site will provide up to 10,000 homes, up to eight primary schools, two secondary schools, community facilities and employment space delivered in phases over 30 years.
